Training with Natalia and Victoria took me to an unexpected journey. Everybody should learn about their own body if they truly wish to raise their standard of life. My daily routine changed, and my habits changed and then my body followed. The unexpected part is that my mind has transformed too. I used to be timid and insecure, unorganized and prone to procrastination. Now I feel the energy and the will to accomplish my goals. I look into people’s eyes and do not turn away. I know I am becoming not just the best version of myself but beyond what anyone could imagine me to be. I have been working with Victoria and Natalia for over 5 years now. With their Elite Program, I reached a level of fitness that allows me to have the health and energy for both my job and my family. I am able to grow as a professional and be there for my daughter. My mindset change, however, is the principal value for me. Natalia and Victoria taught me to value myself over anybody else. It may sound arrogant but it is actually the only way you can help others. Put that air mask on you first, then assist your child. I am forever grateful.

I had spent years working with different trainers, and never was able to tolerate them more than a few sessions. Between those who thought yelling at you in front of everyone somehow covers their lack of knowledge, to those who refused to factor in my old injuries in trainings, to the ones who constantly put trainees into doing things that clearly had high risks damage for joints; I never was able to like any of my previous trainers. Until I met Victoria. She is extremely knowledgeable, has obsession-like care for details, takes her time and makes you take your time. She is not one of those who think “no pain no gain” means you literally have to tolerate pain in your trainings. She has completely restructured my health and for that I cannot thank her enough. If you are really looking to fix your health problems and become fit, and are not looking into short cuts, hormone use, fake results with drugs and supplements, she is your choice……..
….. Just remember, when it comes to health and fitness, she does not have a sense of humor, and she does not sugar coat your problems. 😉

I have been training with Victoria and Natalia for 8 years without a single injury. The initial goal was to improve my physical condition for hiking trips in the mountains. In the last 8 years, I completed about 25 hikes in different regions. In 15 of them, I was the mountain guide. I can train on my own now, since Natalia and Victoria not only coach but also teach their trainees to work out by themselves. They explain the various intricacies of fitness. I do miss the excellent intellectual conversations between sets though 😉

I have experience of working with several trainers, and Natalia is undoubtedly the best of them. She is a highly qualified professional and a dedicated person. Natalia possesses a great amount of knowledge on fitness and nutrition and is always ready to share it with her trainees. Thanks to Natalia I have improved my fitness skills greatly. She helped me to change my nutrition habits, and it enhanced my well-being a lot. Moreover, Natalia was always there to support me when I felt down because of issues that everyone faces during their training. To sum up, I am really thankful to her for all the help she offered during our work!

Coming to the gym and training with Natalia has been one of the most beneficial decisions I’ve made in the last 5 years. Not only has my physical health become better but my mental health as well. I have finally come to love my body and my back pains have almost disappeared. The conversations we have during our training sessions boost my self confidence and are something I’m always looking forward to as a way to improve my cognitive skills while working on my body (what a great 2-in-1 deal I get twice a week). I would go as far as saying Natalia became a mentor for me who I love and adore for her personality and professionalism. Victoria is a great coach who knows her job. We quickly found a common language, she taught me a lot. She picked up a course of training and nutrition for me, which helped me get into my best shape. I recommend Victoria to anyone who wants to be the best version of themselves!

Working with Natalia and Victoria has truly changed my life. I remember how during the first session I struggled to do a couple of lunges and within several months I have significantly improved my strength and physical condition.
I appreciate their truly personal approach – Natalia always tried to make suggestions based on my lifestyle which includes a lot of traveling and sometimes very busy working days. She never used a standardized approach for her recommendations and focused on not only helping me look good but most importantly improve my health – with her help I managed to learn how lifting weights and having healthy, mindful approach to sports can help me manage life with a herniated disk in my lower back.
