Yes. Unless you require postpartum training.
It depends on the health condition, but 90% of the people that come to train with us have multiple health conditions. In fact, most of the time they come to us because they have a health condition. So, chances are, yes, we can still coach you if you have a health condition.
We have 3 main tools to measure your progress in terms of your body composition: 1) your weight; 2) your measurements 3) “before and after” photos. However, there are even more precise tools you could find, such as Hydrostatic Weighing. When it comes to health benefits, your health care provider will help with that.
Most of our online or in-person trainees are able to train on their own within 6 months of working with us. So apart from the gym membership that you pay monthly, you will not need any additional equipment, sports nutrition, or dietary supplements to ensure that you stay on top of your physical health and fitness for the rest of your life.
Working with us online, you will have video, text, and audio explanations of all the exercises that you need. We also provide feedback on all of your form-check videos throughout the training guidance, as well as written records of all of your training sessions (names of exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, additional comments).
It depends on your level. If you are a beginner, you will probably start with twice a week. Your training sessions will last anywhere between 50 and 60 minutes. Every 6 months of your training you will have to take a 10-day break. For intermediate levels, you will have 3 1-hour sessions per week. Advanced may go up to 4 or 5 training sessions weekly. That being said, it is all individual and subject for discussion.
